Refund policy

Production Power products are consumable dietary supplements, so we handle returns this way:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. No need to send it back unless we ask.
• Unopened products: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The seal and packaging must be intact. You pay return shipping unless the return is our error.
• Opened products: not returnable, for safety reasons. If a product is not right for you, write to us anyway; we want to know.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return or approve the replacement.
