Terms of service

Production Power is the registered trade name of T&j design and landscape LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). By ordering from productionpower.myshopify.com you agree to these terms.

1. Products. We sell dietary supplement powders. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Read the label before use, follow the serving directions, and consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to purchase.
3. Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or products that are out of stock; if so we refund in full. Sales tax is charged where required.
4. Shipping and returns. See the Shipping policy and the Return and refund policy, which are part of these terms.
5. Accuracy. We work to keep product information accurate, but ingredient amounts and packaging can change between lots. The label on the product you receive governs.
6. Intellectual property. The Production Power name, logo, flavor names, and site content belong to us. Do not copy them without permission.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
